Ingredients needed:
- 120g, cooking chocolate
- 120g, butter
- 1 cup, powdered sugar (100g)
- 2, eggs
- 2, egg yolks
- 6 spoons, flour
Method of preparation:
- Heat the oven to 220°C. Prepare a pan with muffin tins or forms in which you can bake. Grease the molds with a little butter or margarine.
- Put the butter, cut into pieces, and the cooking chocolate, broken into cubes, into a deep bowl. You need to melt the butter so that the chocolate can also melt in it. If you have a microwave, put them together in the microwave until the butter is melted, then gradually melt the chocolate in it, stirring. The other option is to put them in a saucepan over low heat until the butter melts, then remove the saucepan from the heat and stir until the chocolate melts as well.
- Add the sugar to the liquid mixture of chocolate and butter and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Then, add the eggs and yolks and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture. At the end, gradually add the flour and mix well so that there are no lumps.
- Put the mixture in each mold, but do not fill the molds to the top. It is good to fill them about ¾ of their height.
- Put the cakes in the oven and bake for about 7-10 minutes, so that they are firm on the outside and soft on the inside. Carefully separate them from the molds and turn them onto a plate. If you cut a piece with a spoon, “chocolate lava” should flow from the inside of the cake.
- Serve the cakes warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar, with a scoop of ice cream, a piece of fruit and/or whipped cream.
