Cheesecake cake is an ideal dessert for any occasion and especially for some special occasions when you want to surprise your loved ones with an irresistible taste and the wonderful structure of the cake.
So here is the review of the wonderful dessert that everyone should make if they enjoy food.
Ingredients:
- 125 g of butter or margarine
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 300 g ground biscuits
- 120 ml of orange juice (you can use freshly squeezed or ready-made to taste).
ABOUT PHIL:
- 400 g of cream cheese
- 150 g of powdered sugar
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 180 g Bitola sour cream with 20% milk fat
- 1 bag of gelatin
- 50 ml of water.
FOR THE DRESSING:
- 300 g of mixed fruit (strawberries, blueberries, cherries, chokeberry)
- 400 ml of water
Preparation:
First prepare the cheesecake crust. Beat the butter and powdered sugar in a deep bowl.
After you have beaten them well, add the crushed biscuits. Finally, add the orange juice and continue mixing until the mixture is combined.
Transfer the mixture prepared in this way to a cheesecake mold and spread it evenly by pressing it with your fingers or a spoon so that a crust is formed.
Put the prepared crust in the refrigerator to harden well, and in the meantime prepare the filling.
Now, pour 50 ml of cold water over the gelatin and let it swell.
In a deep mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix with gentle movements of the hand and do not use a mixer, because the cheese will melt and will not have the desired density.
Whip the sweet cream in a separate bowl, then add it to the cream cheese and combine all the ingredients again with gentle mixing.
Finally, add the sour cream and gently mix again.
Heat the swollen gelatin for a few seconds in the microwave or on the stove. Add the melted gelatin to the remaining filling and mix.
Spread the filling on the biscuit base. Place the mold in the refrigerator for the cake to harden well, for at least 3 hours.
Place the gelatin in a small bowl and add 100 ml of cold water. Mix it and let it rise.
Place the fruit, sugar and the remaining water in a pot on the heat. Boil the fruit for 3 to 5 minutes, then remove it from the heat and add the gelatin. Stir to dissolve the gelatin and let the dressing cool briefly for about 5 to 10 minutes. Using a large spoon, carefully pour the dressing into the mold. Return the cake to the refrigerator and let it cool for another 3 to 4 hours.
Cheers!
